Terms of Use
Effective date: July 17, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and 4Internet, LLC ("4Internet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of 4jerseys.com and each 4Search-network website that links to these Terms, together with associated search, content, AI, shopping, and communications features (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our Automated Access and Data Licensing Policy is incorporated into these Terms. A person or entity using automated or systematic means to access the Services is bound by that Policy in addition to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A person using the Services for an organization represents that the person has authority to bind that organization.
2. Nature of the Services
The Services locate, organize, summarize, classify, and link to information from first-party indexes and third-party sources. Search rankings, snippets, classifications, shopping information, availability, and links may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unavailable, or automatically generated. We do not control third-party websites and do not endorse a result merely because it is displayed.
Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We may impose reasonable technical limits necessary for security, capacity, legal compliance, or service integrity.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, or circumvent a security or access-control mechanism;
- use malware, malicious code, credential attacks, scraping, crawling, harvesting, browser automation, or automated requests except under a signed written agreement that expressly authorizes the conduct;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, source code, nonpublic data, or administrative functions;
- use the Services to violate another person's rights, facilitate unlawful conduct, threaten safety, or distribute illegal material;
- misrepresent affiliation with 4Internet or use our branding in a misleading manner;
- systematically reproduce, record, copy, cache, archive, resell, frame, monitor, or create a substitute for the Services except as authorized in a signed writing or permitted by a nonwaivable right;
- collect search-result lists, rankings, snippets, query-response pairs, AI responses, citations, classifications, metadata, or other Service output for a dataset, feed, index, product, or service without a paid data license; or
- use Service output to train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, benchmark, or improve a search, retrieval, advertising, analytics, or AI system without a paid data license, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
The limited allowance for ordinary indexing of static public pages is stated exclusively in the Automated Access and Data Licensing Policy. It does not extend to search-result pages, query-response data, AI output, nonpublic endpoints, or data feeds.
4. Automated access, scraping, and paid data licensing
Automated or systematic collection of search results, query-response data, AI-generated responses, or other protected Service data is prohibited unless 4Internet has authorized it in advance under a signed, paid data-license agreement. Public accessibility, an HTTP success response, a robots-file allowance, or the absence or failure of a technical block does not grant permission.
Authorization may require a designated API, feed, credential, network range, rate limit, security control, attribution, retention limit, audit obligation, and restriction on redistribution or model training. Payment alone does not create a license. A license is effective only when the written agreement has been executed and any required access credentials have been issued.
For rates, use Contact 4Search and identify the request as a Data Licensing Inquiry. Unauthorized collection does not become lawful retroactively. 4Internet may require payment of applicable commercial licensing fees as a condition of settlement, continued use, or future access and may pursue the reasonable value of unauthorized use and any other remedy available by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4Internet expressly reserves text-and-data-mining rights through contractual and machine-readable means. The complete definitions, restrictions, licensing process, exceptions, and remedies are stated in the Automated Access and Data Licensing Policy.
5. Third-party content and services
The Services may display or link to third-party publishers, retailers, advertisements, search providers, APIs, or other resources. Third-party terms and privacy notices govern your interaction with them. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, legality, safety, price, availability, warranty, and suitability of third-party content, products, and services.
We cannot remove material hosted by an unrelated third party. Copyright concerns involving a third-party host should ordinarily be directed to that host. Requests concerning links or material controlled by 4Internet may be submitted under our DMCA Notice and Procedure.
6. AI-assisted features
An AI overview or similar feature is generated by an automated model and may contain errors, omissions, fabricated details, stale information, or misleading statements. AI output is provided for general informational assistance only, is not a statement by 4Internet, and is not independently verified unless expressly stated.
Do not rely on AI output as medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, safety, emergency, or other professional advice. Verify material information with authoritative sources and a qualified professional. Additional disclosures appear in the AI Transparency Notice.
7. No professional advice or emergency service
The Services are a search and information-discovery resource. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, diagnosis, treatment, legal representation, financial advice, or emergency assistance. If an emergency may exist, contact the appropriate emergency service immediately.
8. Affiliate links and advertising
Some shopping or other outbound links contain affiliate parameters. If you make a qualifying purchase, 4Internet may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Compensation does not transfer responsibility for a third-party product or transaction to 4Internet. See our Affiliate Disclosure. Advertising, when displayed, will be identified as advertising or sponsored content where required.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, selection, organization, design, trademarks, logos, and first-party content, are owned by or licensed to 4Internet and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, 4Internet grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the public Services for personal or internal business information purposes.
No license is granted to third-party content displayed or linked through the Services. You must obtain any required permission from the applicable owner. Legal exceptions such as fair use remain available according to their terms.
10. Feedback and communications
You retain ownership of original feedback you submit. You grant 4Internet a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use nonconfidential feedback to improve and operate the Services without identifying you. Do not submit confidential material through a general contact form.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information practices. Agreement to these Terms is not consent to optional data processing. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately through Privacy Choices or another specific mechanism.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, legal obligation, abusive conduct, or material operational issue. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will survive.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." 4INTERNET AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4INTERNET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO 4INTERNET FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable grounds where applicable.
15. Business indemnity
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, that business will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 4Internet and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal fees arising from that business's unlawful use of the Services or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to individual consumers to the extent prohibited by law.
16. Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to nonwaivable consumer-law rights, any judicial proceeding arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or forums available under applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, additional notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to a dispute that arose before the revised Terms became effective. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
18. General provisions
These Terms and incorporated notices are the entire agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a corporate transaction or by operation of law.
